How do I place an order? Browse the shop, select your product, choose your bundle option, and complete checkout. You will receive a confirmation email immediately.

Can I change or cancel my order? We process orders quickly. If you need to make a change, contact us at hello@lumia.skin within 2 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes after that window.

Do you offer discount codes? Yes. Sign up to our email list for 10% off your first order. We also run occasional promotions via our Instagram and TikTok.

Shipping

Where do you ship? We ship to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and most of Europe.

How long does delivery take? UK orders take 3 to 5 business days. International orders take 7 to 14 business days. Tracking is provided for all orders.

How much does shipping cost? UK shipping is free on orders over £60. Orders under £60 are charged at £3.99. International rates are calculated at checkout.

Returns and Refunds

What is your returns policy? We offer a 14-day returns window from the date of delivery. Products must be in their original condition and packaging. See our full Refund Policy for details.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do? Contact us at hello@lumia.skin with a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement immediately.

Using Your Lumïa Mask

How often should I use the mask? For best results, use your Lumïa mask for 15 minutes a day, 5 days a week. Consistency is key.

Is it safe for all skin types? Yes. LED light therapy is non-invasive and suitable for all skin types. If you have a photosensitive skin condition or take photosensitising medication, consult your doctor before use.

How soon will I see results? Most customers report visible improvement within 2 to 4 weeks of consistent use.
