Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

UK Shipping

Standard UK delivery takes 3 to 5 business days. Free shipping applies to all UK orders over £60. Orders under £60 are charged a flat rate of £3.99.

International Shipping

We ship to the USA, Canada, Australia, and most of Europe. International delivery takes 7 to 14 business days depending on destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Customs and Import Duties

International customers may be subject to customs charges or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.

Tracking

Tracking is provided for all orders. You will receive your tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking to become active.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the expected window, contact us at hello@lumia.skin and we will investigate immediately.
