Refund policy

At Lumïa, we stand behind every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will make it right.

14-Day Returns

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.

To start a return, email hello@lumia.skin with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that your original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us at hello@lumia.skin with a photo of the issue within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement at no charge.

Orders Returned to Sender

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. We do not charge for the first reshipment.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened serums and skincare consumables cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless the product is faulty.
